Google is celebrating the 91st birthday of Nobel Laureate  Gabriel Garcia Marquez , who was a writer and a journalist. Google remembers Marquez with a vibrant and a colorful doodle. It has a South American appeal to it. The doodle seems to be a representation of Maconda, a fictional city in his book  A Hundred Years of Solitude . Amidst the vibrant flora and fauna, are a man and a woman in typical Latin American attires. They can be seen holding hands.
